Return & Refund Policy

Once purchased, good are not refundable, returnable, transferred or exchanged. Please read the product details carefully before making the purchase.

You may only return your order due to any of the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The product is defective and does not function as described in its manufacturer specifications.
  • The product is incorrect/ wrong item, e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, wrong model.

For any cases of dented or defects of the product, customers should inform Kuchenware customer service within 48 hours from receiving date or else void exchange. We will require customer to return the defective package to us and we will send the replacement back to the order address.

In the event the product ceases trading during the validity period, you may be offered an alternative of equal value, or may request a refund.

Returned item must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days from the day you received item.

The returned goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals), proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice or etc. relevant information) and free gifts received with it (if included).

Goods returned to us by the buyer will travel at the buyer’s risk and expense. Refund can only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the products. No refund is available after the expiry date.
