  • Contract Formation: In accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act 2006, a binding contract is formed only when we issue a confirmation of dispatch or receipt of your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  • Taxes & Pricing Clarity: Prices are subject to changes without prior notice. The total price displayed at checkout includes all applicable service taxes, delivery charges, or transaction fees. We strictly prohibit "drip pricing" (hidden charges added at checkout).
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, and approved e-wallets via our secure payment gateway. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase information.

4. PRODUCT ACCURACY (PREMIUM MATERIAL NOTICE)

  • We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and finishes of our premium tableware and kitchen utensils as accurately as possible.
  • Due to the artisanal nature of fine ceramics and precision metal cookware, slight structural or artistic variations may occur. These are traits of luxury craftsmanship and are not deemed manufacturing defects.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY WITHIN MALAYSIA

  • Delivery Scope: We ship to Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah & Sarawak.
  • Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of purchase. While we aim to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party courier services.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the address provided.

6. REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Your rights are fully protected under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
  • Damaged/Defective Goods: If your products arrive chipped, broken, or defective, you must notify our customer support with photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt to qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
  • Return Policy: For general returns, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original  packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
