Delivery Coverage & Couriers

  • We ship nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah & Sarawak.
  • Our logistics partners include DHL eCommerce, J&T Express, Ninja Van, or Pos Laju.

Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Flat rate of RM10.00.
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight/dimensions.

Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and Malaysian public holidays).
  • Peninsular Malaysia Delivery: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
  • East Malaysia Delivery: 5 to 9 business days from dispatch.
  • Note: During peak festive seasons (e.g., Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, 11.11 Sales), slight delays may occur.

Fragile Handling & Tracking

  • Every order is assigned a unique tracking number sent via email once dispatched.
  • Fragile Item Assurance: All tableware is double-boxed and wrapped in heavy-duty protective material. Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival.
